About CASA
CASA was originally formed in 1992 to develop housing for those in the community who need affordable rental housing, including people with disabilities. Since then, CASA has developed and manages 48 rental properties in North Carolina throughout Wake, Durham and Orange counties.
Through the creation of affordable rental housing, CASA sees an opportunity to meet the needs of workers who are unable to live in downtown neighborhoods due to the rising cost of housing. By increasing the supply of affordable units, CASA contributes to building thriving communities. Our workforce housing is available to anyone who is employed and meets income requirements, allowing the Triangle’s essential workers to live in the communities they serve.
CASA Management
CASA’s Raleigh and Durham apartments are professionally managed by our in-house Property Management team. Our maintenance and landscaping staff provide high-quality service to all CASA properties. CASA property managers are responsive and available 24 hours a day to address tenant needs.
